Pomperaug Soccer Club has separate boys and girls teams, with teams entered in either A, or B brackets (varying with registrations). All the teams travel to play teams in Northwest or Southwest District towns. Games are 7v7 with 30 minute halves and a size 4 ball. Players are placed in a particular bracket for the upcoming Fall/Spring based on placement sessions held each year in June. For all ages U9 and up, practice is twice a week. Games can be played on Saturdays or Sundays.
Program Approach:
U9-U10: The parent coach(es) will be the primary coach but they will get assistance and access to an Everson trainer throughout the season. Practice is 2x per week, 1 run by an Everson trainer, 1 prepared and run by the Parent Coach.
